International speaker and author, Tova Mordechai, will join us Live from Israel, to share her incredible story and help inspire our personal journeys this High Holiday season.

Born to an Egyptian Jewish mother and a British protestant evangelical father, Tova Mordechai presents the powerful real-life account of her tumultuous journey to Judaism as she grappled with Christianity and found freedom in her Jewish roots.

Looking inward: A Musical Pre-Slichos.

On a Saturday night prior to Rosh Hashanah, the moving Slichos prayer is said in preparation for the holiday. At 9:30pm on Saturday, August 28, we will be joined in the Shul by the  Puget Sounds Trio, for inspirational stories, accompanied with soulful, traditional and Chassidic melodies ("Niggunim''). This will lead into the (half hour) Slichus prayer at 10:30PM.
